Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receive, investigate and process participant’s file claims filing
- Manage the participant’s document administration
- Provide a fast and accurate service to participants related to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program information
- Receive, analyze and resolve the participants complaint
- Diploma (D3) degree or possess Bachelor (S1) degree in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.50 of 4.00 scale
- Maximum Age :
- For Diploma (D3) degree : Maximum age 25 years old (birthday on December 31, 2014)
- For Bachelor (S1) degree : Maximum age 27 years old (birthday on December 31, 2014)
- Not married
- Attractive look
- Having good communication skills

- For Male 165-185 cm, With proportional weight
- For Female 158-175 cm, With proportional weight
- Computer literated, especially in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
