Management Trainee Engineering (MT – Eng)

• As a Management Trainee (MT) at Astra Otoparts, we give you the opportunity to develop your career in Astra’s largest manufacturing company of automotive components in Indonesia. You will have a chance involving a comprehensive learning process in all of Astra Otoparts Groups, such as in class training and on the job training.

Requirement :

• Bachelor (S1) degree Preferably majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, & Industrial Engineeringfrom reputable universities
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
• Fresh graduated or maximum 2 years working experience
• Maximum age 26 years old
• Proactive, dynamic, and highly motivated
• Good communication an interpersonal skill
• Involved actively in both academic and non academic activity student organization
